Transform the P+ registration process into a more user-friendly experience while gathering relevant customer details to render a personalized experience without making the process lengthy and tedious.
My Role
My role was to create an intuitive experience with a modern, user-friendly UI design that can significantly impact the registration process. I worked in close collaboration with the research team and business analyst to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and user needs. Using data collected through user interviews, I created multiple design solutions through iterative process.
Since our primary focus was to create a fast registration process we simplified the initial step with fewer required form fields, making it easier for users to create P+ accounts quickly. As we gathered more user information through progressive profiling, we improved personalization. We also made the process more engaging by incorporating brand elements and messaging, resulting in an emotional connection to the brand.
